Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want every customer to feel fairly treated. Here is exactly how refunds and cancellations work.
Service projects (websites, SEO, ads)
You may cancel a project within 48 hours of payment, before design or development work has started, for a full refund. After work has started, we refund the unused portion of the fee after deducting the value of work already delivered. Advance payments become non-refundable once the first design draft has been shared.
Monthly retainers
Monthly SEO, ads and maintenance plans can be cancelled any time with 7 days' notice before the next billing date. Fees for a month already in progress are not refundable, as media and tool costs are committed in advance.
Ebooks
Ebooks are delivered instantly as digital downloads and are therefore non-refundable once the download link has been opened. If the file is corrupt, incomplete or does not match its description, contact us within 7 days and we will fix it or refund you in full.
Online courses
Courses carry a 7-day refund window from the purchase date, provided you have accessed no more than 20% of the lessons. Beyond that, refunds are not available because the material has already been consumed.
